You may Return or Exchange any jewellery or gifts you receive from David Roberts if it is not to your satisfaction and we will refund or send you an alternative piece.

David Roberts Ltd will refund the cost of the item(s) that are returned by the Customer as long as they are not worn, not used and not damaged and are accompanied by the Return/Exchange code we will email you. We at David Roberts guarantee the best customer satisfaction possible.

Step by step Return/Exchange guide

1.) Your Return/Exchange code must be requested from the David Roberts main office by emailing us at: [email protected]ol.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please allow us 3 working days to respond to you.

2.) Once you have received your Return/Exchange code, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you.

3.) The Return address and code will be emailed to you and needs to be written on the inside and outside of the returning package.  Please complete the Return/ Exchange Form you will receive via email and enclose this with the item(s) to be Returned/Exchanged.

Please note that unidentified Returns/Exchanges may be returned back to the sender.

Please also do note that shipping costs cannot be refunded. All purchases made through our site must be returned toDavid Roberts.

We request that all goods are returned within 10 days of issuing your Return/Exchange code. You are not able to return items that have been worn. Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of David Roberts and can only be exchanged for a credit on other items from the site.

David Roberts will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged in anyway. We cannot take any responsibility for any items damaged during transit between us and the customer. If any item has been damaged upon receipt of the product, customers should let us know straight away by either phone or email on the same day. We can then discuss a refund or a replacement piece.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
The refunds will be issued in the same form that the customer used for payment.

We request that returns are shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You should take your item for return to a Post Office for return by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 10 days of receiving the Return/exchange code.

Refunds and Credits

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Once the refund has been completed David Roberts will send a confirmation e-mail.

Alternatively, you can request a David Roberts credit to be used against future purchases on our website.
Once issued, credit notes are valid for 6 months.
